The mission of the Scioto Valley Local School District is to provide all students with the knowledge and skills to prosper socially, emotionally, and morally in order to be productive members of their community, nation, and world. Within the next ten years, we will develop a functional educational community by providing each student with a safe and positive learning environment to develop the potential of all students.

The Pike County CTC is committed to serving the students of Pike County to achieve their fullest potential in their career field. Services are provided for academic, career, and personal counseling. The student services office maintains communication with parents, school personnel, and families.
