Morgan O’Dell is a licensed REALTOR® with ERA Martin & Associates based in Ross County and is a 29-year veteran of the real estate industry. She has represented clients all over Southern Ohio in numerous real estate transactions. Morgan has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her clients’ needs first.
She first studied Business at Ohio University before finding her true calling in the real estate industry. She is very passionate about First-time home buyers. Morgan has continued to lever her know-how and experience to exceed her clients' expectations.
Active in the community, Morgan is a proud part of the American Association of University Woman (AAUW) effort to educate young women. This work offers her the opportunity to connect with others over a shared passion in improving higher education.
In her free time, Morgan is an avid golfer and loves to shop. Spending time either shopping or golfing with friends and family is something she never takes for granted.
